BEFORE YOU ORDER
The useful details.
Clear expectations for your order and support.
Checkout is disabled while supplier, delivery, warranty and final store terms are being confirmed. This page must be completed and approved before orders are accepted.
Delivery & availability
We plan to serve South African delivery addresses. Available delivery areas, charges and lead times will be shown before payment when the store launches. Supplier stock can change; Cloudfusion reviews each paid order before ordering from the supplier.
Product-specific stock, images, specifications and warranties require supplier verification. Sample products and prices in this preview are illustrative.
Returns & warranty
Contact Cloudfusion before sending a product anywhere. We coordinate fault assessment, supplier escalation and return transport arrangements. The supplier does not provide direct customer collection or end-user support.
Return eligibility, timeframes, transport charges and refund handling will be published before launch. No purchase can be completed until those terms are approved.
Support
Support is provided through email and tickets. We help with basic setup and troubleshooting by email, and escalate hardware faults and warranty matters where needed. Telephone, remote-access, on-site and hands-on support are not offered.
Your information
We use the contact and delivery details you provide to handle enquiries, process orders and provide support. Required order information may be shared with our payment, invoicing, delivery and supplier service providers to fulfil your order.
Card details are handled by Paystack. A secure order link gives access to your order information, so keep that link private. Your basket is saved in your browser; this preview uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
The final privacy notice, retention periods and information-request contact process will be approved before launch. Please use the support form for a privacy enquiry.
